System integration
LIWACOM provides a complete range of integration services for the SIMONE software package. Our system integration services cover turnkey integrated automation systems, support of our integration partners, and development of SIMONE-based customer applications.
Our integration services cover e.g. the elaboration of the system's detailed specification, the development of the SIMONE model of the customer's transmission or distribution system, commissioning, acceptance testing, training, and warranty and maintenance services.
Training
LIWACOM provides comprehensive simulation training that we precisely tailor to the specific needs of each customer. We conduct training courses at our customer's premises, at LIWACOM Essen, and we provide web based training.
Our standard SIMONE training program covers the user interface, the handling of simulation scenarios, and SIMONE's advanced modelling features. We offer standard training sessions for online simulation users and administrators, as well as for SIMONE interface programmers.
Workshops and individual training sessions complement our standard training program.
We train control room engineers for the safe and efficient gas system operation. The trainees solve practical gas control tasks using the SIMONE Training Simulator. The software provides an offline simulation environment that realistically mimics the gas transport process, as if it were online. It allows realistically simulating scheduled tasks as well as emergencies.
Consulting and support
LIWACOM provides competent and efficient consulting support with regard to implementing SIMONE and simulation modeling.
Our help-desk supports customers in promptly answering questions regarding the functionality, use and administration of SIMONE.
Software maintenance
The SIMONE package is continuously being upgraded and expanded. LIWACOM offers Software Maintenance that includes software upgrade and help-desk services. This Service package keeps you and your SIMONE software always up-to-date.
Software Upgrade Service. It includes the access to new SIMONE releases and service packs.
Help desk Service. It supports customers in promptly answering questions regarding the functionality, use and administration of SIMONE.
Network modeling
Our customers leverage the LIWACOM experience in adequate hydraulic modeling. We set up and maintain your SIMONE network model, accounting for the specifics of your transmission or distribution grid. We import the source data e.g. from GIS or your legacy system, and transform it into an accurate, robust, and highly performing SIMONE model.
